TEAM
The DropLabs executive team has strong, diverse execution experience from both startup and corporate ventures.
We have launched and scaled multiple global hardware and softgoods lifestyle brands (Beats by Dre, Harmon Kardon, adidas, Quiksilver, KEEN footwear, Icebreaker Pure Merino Apparel).
With our core team members accounting for more than 100 years of combined experience in hardware and software engineering, we believe our products have the potential for wide-ranging benefits and use cases. We’ve partnered with the Deaf and HOH (Hard of Hearing) dance community, as well as advisors in the haptics and neuroscience field at the University of Pittsburgh and Emory University to understand the potential future applications of our technology.

OUR PARTNERS
Partners in the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community.
Our Advisory Board member, Antoine Hunter, has been working with DropLabs since the very beginning to refine our technology and product. As a talented choreographer and Deaf activist, Antoine’s perspective has been invaluable in our mission to enable the world to feel sound. Multiple workshops with the Bay Area International Deaf Dance Festival have allowed us to iterate on the product and ensure it meets the needs of these high-performance athletes who have an acuity to sound that greatly surpasses the average person.
